Refund policy

At Super Slushie, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive an incorrect product or experience an error on our part, you're required to notify us within 3 days of delivery.

In the event that the desired item is out of stock at the time we receive the returned item, we will promptly process a full refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility for Replacement & Refund

To qualify for a replacement or refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn
  • All personalized items are not eligible for replacements and refunds
  • Tags must remain intact, and the item must be in its original packaging
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the return

Upon receiving the item back at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund process. If the item is returned without a return label provided by us, the return shipment must include a tracking number to confirm delivery.
